Payroll Specialist

SAN ANTONIO, TX

Local HR company is looking for a Payroll Specialist.  The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, employee-focused environment.  The Payroll Specialist position has the following job duties:

  • Working as a team to complete in a timely manner all our client payrolls.
  • Following workflow procedures
  • Assist with keeping training documents updated
  • Create a positive customer service experience for all work site employees, staff, and clients
  • Ensure the accuracy of all work
  • Generate necessary reports
  • Respond to inquiries 

Experience:

At least 2 years payroll processing experience required

Knowledge of Prism is not required but a plus
